Hasn't voted | .....but ~1300m (~4000 ft). This slope is north facing and only 15km from the Pacific Ocean. It - and mountains with similar aspects on the island - receive huge winter snow accumulations. That's not to say that our glaciers aren't receding of course but they're probably doing better than most.

Hasn't voted | For sure. I noticed this from Phillips Ridge on the way to the Hinde last month - way more snow on the Taylor Glacier.
My Hinde write up and TR show some good, albeit distant, examples.
