| Started on New Pass Mine road (mine buildings were occupied). Climbed up to county line ridge and followed to summit. This route requires some bushwacking, sidehilling and minor elevation loss. Passed some trailers above the mine so I wasnt sure if I was traversing private property (not posted). | ||

| Drove slightly past the flat area to about 8,100' where snowdrifts covered the road. Hiked along the road the rest of the way. | ||
