Northwest Basin seen from the summit of North Brother.
Lake Cowles is visible beneath Harvey Ridge and the shadowed little cirque at right; Davis Pond can't be seen but is right at the edge of that shadow.

Some fir waves are visible on top of the ridge that forms the basin's northern boundary.
