Not The Standard Route Up V2

Instead of crossing the face and heading to the saddle, we decided to head up this gully to summit V2. It doesn't look very steep in this picture and it didn't look all that steep when we were looking at it. But the higher we went the steeper the terrain became. Add in plenty of loose San Juan rock, and it ended up being a little tougher than we were expecting. Once we reached the far ridge in this picture we still had a steep hike up to the ridgeline.
