Wonderful picture !

How good are you with plant I.D.? This
is a Century Plant or Agave, right???
For some reason, I get it mixed up with
the Sotol or Desert Spoon. They're
both havested for producing a very
potent brand of alcoholic beverage.

Thanks very much! It's easy to get all the desert plants mixed up. The plant is a sotol -- here is a century plant.
