Hi Miguel,
Sorry for a late answer... We usually take 18 days to climb Kathmandu-Kathmandu. Then we acclimatize well before at Everest BC and Kala Pathar. We usually also use a high camp. It is a really nice expedition with great views. Something I am sure you would enjoy! If you get the chance to go - GO :)
