Looking for camping/climbing/hiking gear? Here is a list of online retail stores that sell outdoor gear in the United States to serve as a resource to use when shopping. You can also search for gear using search engines like Google and Yahoo. However, keep in mind that they only list companies that pay them to be listed. Many of the retailers below don't appear in those search results unless you search on their specific company name.

Generic / Discount Stores
The online stores below often have incredible deals, but it's hit or miss. Some of these stores sell everything under the sun. Their selection of outdoor gear is limited and somewhat random. You may have to search carefully to find the item that you seek. However, if you time it right, you might get lucky and find what you're looking for at an unbelievable price.

Re: Addition:Thanks for the suggestion. However it does not appear that they sell gear via their website. You have to visit their store to make a purchase. This list is only for online merchants.
