Thielsen and Broken Top are not difficult, when I did them (solo) nobody was using any ropes or protection. That being said, sometimes a partner is nice, but if you are back give them a shot. North Sister is a whole different animal, you definitely made the right call on not going solo on that one.
I'm down in OR, but looking for partners for Bulger Peaks. Made three trips to WA this year, buy have mostly exhausted peaks high on my list that I would solo.
