Very Warm!
I have used these a few times in very cold conditions, and its incredible at how well they perform. I used them on a 3 day snow shoeing trip where the temperatures were ranging from 10 to -16F degrees. All I wore were these and my water proof non-insulated snow pants over top. My legs stayed very warm and comfortable. I have been fully satisfied and will be sure to buy more!
