Product Description

Superfeet® insoles align and control the motion of your feet, providing balance, support and shock absorption for hiking and other active sports.

Features

-> High-volume insoles take up extra volume in footwear, making them ideal for loose-fitting shoes or narrow feet.

-> Holofiber® topsheets increase oxygenated blood flow thereby improving circulation and muscle energy.

-> Rear-Foot Control Point: Only Superfeet® provides this feature to control over-pronation, thus helping keep your foot correctly aligned.
RESULT: Less stress on muscles and joints.

-> Mid-Foot Control Point: Another Superfeet® original. This area stabilizes the mid-foot. Combined with Rear-Foot Control Point, this enables you to use your skeletal strength to your advantage.
RESULT: A very stable foot, creating less muscle fatigue and more endurance.

-> Patented Support Bridge: This feature, exclusive to Superfeet®, activates all the control points for better balance and alignment during the stride.

-> Full-length closed-cell foam provides cushioning, while 3/4-length polypropylene heel caps stabilize feet inside boots.

-> Deep heel pockets, rockered bottoms and strategically placed cut-outs allow for natural shock absorption.

-> Superfeet® recommends this style for use in footwear with removable insoles; also recommended for Gore-Tex® footwear.

Great choice!!!
I always neglected to purchase "special" insoles for my shoes & boots. I truly believed that special insoles would not make much difference to my overall stability and comfortability. When I was first introduced to these "Superfeet® Synergizer" Insoles, I instantly realized that I had been mistaken with my earlier presumptions.

I had always believed that insoles should be cushioned, and I balked at the "Superfeet®" insoles when I first noticed their hardened heel-bottoms. I thought that the hardened exterior would ultimately hurt my feet during long hikes. It turns out that quite the opposite occurs. The "Superfeet® Synergizer" High-Volume Insoles are designed specifically to improving circulation & muscle energy, while maintaining shock absorption.

I immediately felt the positive effects. During my first hike using a pair of these insoles, I quickly noticed that my feet felt good throughout the entire journey, and my knees did not have pains during my descents. No other "regular" insoles have been able to accomplish both of those things for me. Foot & knee pains & fatigue are no longer as much of concerns, now that I have the "Superfeet® Synergizer" High-Volume Insoles.

good overall
The arch support is so aggresive that my feet ache for the 1st mile but after that it's all good.

They're Super!
I love them and have them in all my shoes. Started using them when I developed a heel problem diagnosed as Plantar Fasciitis back in '03. No problems since!

hurt my feet
I bought a pair to try and wore them for a hike. My feet ended up killing me at the end, but then I have pretty low arches.

Right choice
as switching to these insoles removed the problem of getting blisters at some pressure areas + feet are less sore after a long day in boots.

So worth it
I have had these insoles through my last 3 pairs of boots and they show no signs of needing replacement!

Love them!
I have these in every outdoor shoe I own. They even work great in ski boots. I have high arches and tend to get shin splints. These work great.

Mixed feeling
I have used superfeet for 10 years in all my boots. they seem to help on weekend outings over moderate distances. Once the week long + weight gets added in plus some extra miles, my feet start hurting. Think I will try custom ensoles next. I friend of my swears by his.

Not for low arches
I have low arches and these tend to hurt my feet on the inner arch area after extended hikes. I will say that they last a long time compared to other insoles I have used.

Hurt my feet
I also have low arches, and the green really does hurt my feet. I like the blues, but they feel differently depending on the shoe I'm using them in.
