This is awesome...

structural geology! These are essentially micro-faults called conjugate pairs. They form a 60 & 120 degree juncture and are caused by compression in the rock unit. The weaknesses are eventually hardened by water flow that follows the weak lines and causes them to stand out during erosion. Really cool shot! Well done,
