Backcountry.com has Edelweiss Duolight Twin 8mm dry treated ropes in 50m for $55 or 60m for $65. They say regular retail is $189......that's so stupid cheap I had to grab one.

that is a good deal, but you have to get two the same color. Guess that would work, but I'm really used to having two different colors when I climb with doubles.
