*About the house:

Rose Park neighborhood (NW corner of SLC)- very close to I-15, 10 minutes to downtown or
Trax/Front Runner, 15 minutes to climbing gym, less than 40 minutes to all
ski resorts.

The house is an updated rambler-style with four bedrooms, two bathrooms,
and a detached garage for gear storage and tinkering. In the back of the
house is the master bedroom and a guest room/office. Off the main
hallway are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedroom is currently
furnished with a bed and dresser, although this is negotiable. You will be
sharing the hallway bathroom with the other roommate.

All utilities, including high speed internet (Google fiber on the way!) are
included in rent. Full use of stocked kitchen, living room with projector,
and garage storage/workspace. Space in the backyard garden may be
available, if you are interested in growing veggies.

*About the roommates:

Two of us own the home and occupy the master bedroom. We both mountain
bike and backcountry ski. We also brew beer and work on motorcycle projects. We have standard Monday- Friday work schedules
and travel often on the weekends.

The roommate in the second hallway bedroom is a male, works for a local
climbing gym, and is an avid rock climber. You would be sharing the hallway
bathroom with this roommate.

We have two kitties that roam the house and are very friendly.

As a house, we are pretty constantly on the move - working, playing, and
traveling. We cook at home a lot, and sit down for dinner together when
possible. We try to be respectful of cleanliness in shared spaces. We have
people over for dinner fairly often, and a few times a year do big dinner
parties. Other than that, we don't party at the house. We are all up and
out of the house by 8AM, so we try to limit noise after 10PM. We are not
LDS, and we regularly drink (and brew beer) at the house.

*Who we are looking for:

We are open to a male or female roommate. We are open-minded, respectful,
and trustworthy and are looking for the same in a roommate.

Lease is Month-to-month. First and last month rent are due when you move in
to the house.

The room is available immediately, $350 per month.
