This mountain is located in central Tibet and is mentioned on the <a href="http://www.summitpost.org/show/mountain_link.pl/mountain_id/1091">Nyainqentanglha Feng</a> page.

<a href=http://www.summitpost.org/mountains/user_link.pl/user_name/gordonye>Gordonye</a> was the former maintainer of the <a href=http://www.summitpost.org/show/mountain_link.pl/mountain_id/1091>Nyainqentanglha Feng page</a> and I left the info about Samdain Kangsang on the page when I adopted it. Maybe he can give you more info.
I don't know anything about the peak, but if it's the one I think it is, it looks pretty nice. An easy climb on large snow fields, is my guess.
