Anyone have any suggestions for the September meet up? I think I have a few weddings but I will try to make it if people are going to do some climbing!!

I'd be up for something the later half of the month. I'll be in Yosemite the first 2 weekends in Sept...

The CMC outings are scheduled for Sept 12/13TH and 26/27TH. Anyone can attend and camp at the CMC campground on an outing weekend. The advantage of doing this is that there will be quite a few top ropes so you'll have a lot of choices of routes to climb. The disadvantage is that it will be more crowded on those weekends.

If an SP get together is planned for a non-outing weekend, then I'll need to be there in order for any non-members to camp at the CMC campground. Of course, you can always camp at the public campground too, though it is more expensive.

The cost is $10 pp per weekend to camp at the CMC campground.

My wife and I will be vacationing in the Devils Lake area on September 19-21. That will be the only weekend that will work as we will be going canoeing in the Boundary Waters September 4-7. (Duncan and Rose Lake north of the Gunflint Trail.)

I'll keep these dates in mind. I have some commitments for Sept. already and a Yosemite trip booked for early October but I'll try to get up there for the early fall weather.

I'll actually be around in September, and almost any weekend works. I've got the Detroit Marathon in October, but other than that, I'm pretty open (so long as I can get my runs in).

I'm sure someone here knows (or owns?) the record time for running around the lake.

I have a wedding on Saturday but I could probably make it to climb on Sunday if people will still be around.

Damn, I just remembered that it's my 2 year anniversary on the 19th. I wont't be able to make it that weekend.

that's awesome that your wife is willing to go camping with you on your anniversary. Maybe I'll be able to do that for our 28th. However, there is an entirely different expectation for our second year.
