Loveland Pass/Grizzly Peak

Are snowshoes needed on the ridge above loveland pass to Grizzly?

Nope. I did this on 3/7 and there were only a couple of short sections where we posted holed to about knee deep. Saw one guy carrying shoes, but they didn't even come off his pack. We carried crampons, but didn't need them at all.

it's typically pretty wind scoured, watch out for cornices in some sections and pay attention to where the ridge (probably) is.
