I believe the Becky guide uses the Stark's names for the lakes, and it's one of few resources that does. If you ask Robin at the ranger station in Leavenworth they have a copy of an old hand-drawn map on file that has all of the names on it. I have a copy around somewhere and maybe I can find it and answer your question in more detail.
