Lake Angeles Cirque (II, 4), ONP

Anyone ever tried this route listed in the OMR's Climbers Guide to the Olympic Mountains? If it is truly 1300' of moderate ice, it could be worth a try... If you have any photos looking south over Lake Angeles that might show the route under winter conditions, they would be much appreciated too.

Try contacting Jason Martin, program director at American Alpine Institute in Bellingham. He taught High School in Sequim for a couple of years and was a pretty active winter climber over there.
