I am looking for breathable, windproof and comfortable pants. Could you suggest me a model?

I would recommend a stretch woven soft shell pant. Schoeller is the preeminent manufacturer of such fabrics, and there are a lot of manufactures that make pants with Schoeller as well as manufacturer who use their own proprietary version. Look at Patagonia, Black Diamond, Rab, Outdoor Research, Lowe Alpine. Too many to mention.

Keep in mind that breathable is a relative term. Nothing really breathes well if you moving upslope and nit's raining or heavy fog/mist

Yes, but some materials dry faster than others.
