A nice climb
First time on Pico da Tijuca. The climb is easy and straightforward, nothing particularly extraordinary except for the phenomenal view of Rio from the summit. The last 35 meters would have been a class 3 scramble except that there is a stairway carved directly into the rock itself. I managed to catch a dry day, but on rainy days this stairway can be quite slippery and dangerous, so always check conditions with park rangers before getting on the trail.
