Hiked in winter, made it to the southern overlook below the summit, nice winter views of the lake. River of ice on one section of trail was a bit tricky.

3.3 Miles from parking lot to summit. easy hike thats for just about anyone. relatively dry for upstate ny in march... Took my friend and I less than 3 hours to complete hike and we're in so-so shape.
