At the end of the logging roads there is a flagged path that takes you as far as saddle.
From the end of a spur road ~2km NW of the old "Apollo" access (which is now choked with alder). No signs of travel (flagging, cairns, bootprints etc) over this approach other than our own. Some heavy bush but perfect weather and a great day.
