| Crossed this summit on my traverse from Elk Tooth to Sawtooth. I really enjoyed the ridge connecting Ooh Lala to 12,277. It has a great little rock amphitheater that you pass through. RT 7:20 from Coney Flats | |

| Ascent from Coney Flats TH via Sawtooth Mountain. There were two registers on top, neither of which bore the name Red Deer Mountain. The CMC register appeared to be lobbying for the name of some guy and the other register wanted the name Spotted Pony Peak. Wonderful views all around. | |
