Puhia Pele - view of fissure
A view of the fissure descending WNW from the Puhia Pele area. Puhia Pele is just a spatter cone vent on this fissure, which extends uphill from the vent a short distance. This view is somewhat toward Kona International Airport (lost in the haze at left). March 2007.
