And I thought there would only be about 6" of snow out there. HA! Good thing I planned for the worst; postholing was knee-deep in some places along the PCT. Nevermind that shrubbery stuck to my back...I had a little tete-a-tete with a tree in the Class 2 section of the ascent. 12 Dec 07

Don't worry - you gotta be tough
out there. And if you blend in
with the scenery, that is to your
advantage. Kind of like the movie
