REFLECTIONS ON UPPER SAINT MARY'S LAKE-GLACIER NATIONAL PARK-MT

When the lighting is right, and there is little wind, the view from Wild Goose Island viewpoint is one of the best in the park. This is the quintessencal image of Glacier, seen in virtually any publication pertaining to this park. During our 10 day visit in July, 2008, we only caught these conditions once. A slight change in the wind destroyed this reflection after about 30 minutes of calm.

Doesn't even look real. Who needs photoshop!

I bet this doesn't even come CLOSE to how this looked in person. Makes me want to go there just so I can truly understand the beauty of this place.

is the correct name
