Rotenfels seen from the west...
Rotenfels seen from the west on a warm winter day sunset. The left part of the crag (west of the first deep gully, the Cannon Ball Alley) is off limits to climbers since it looms vertically above a road. The right part can be climbed in the second part of the year but is very loose and brittle. The starting points of the routes can be accessed through the deep gullies from above. Dec 27th 2004
