A view from the Jackson County, Wisconsin highpoint Saddle Mound 1400'. This beautiful mound is located in the heart of Wisconsin's whitetail deer population and is bordered with some colorful cranberry marshes in the Fall. A great place for a dayhike in October. Photo by K.Urban, Davenport, IA.

but they stick mainly to the highest points.
