Description

In an attempt to organize my images I will create several albums which collect all the pictures I took while hiking in a specific area. The San Gabriel Mountains - Front Range - Echo Mountain Area album contains pictures from hikes of a fairly large area around Echo Mountain. It is bordered west by the Angeles Crest Highway, north by Mount Wilson, San Gabriel Peak, Mount Lowe, Brown Mountain, and east by the Santa Anita Canyon. It includes the beautiful canyons and lower peaks that can be approached mostly from the foothill communities of Altadena and Sierra Madre, e.g. Millard Canyon, Las Flores Canyon, and Little Santa Anita Canyon. Pictures from hikes up Echo Mountain, Mount Lowe, Jones Peak, Mount Yale are included here.
