It's the first time I see this shot.

Is that the tower in the movie "Close encounters of the Third Kind" by Spielberg?

Yes, that's the tower from the movie. The backside airport set was also fake, as were the spacecraft, as were the aliens. Spielberg is not a fake, though. Or so I've been told.
