Thanks for your nice comments and vote. The Shandur Pas, a grassy plateau, perched at 3600m in the very heart of Hindukush range, is home to the highest polo ground on earth. More than 140 miles from Gilgit and more than 100 miles from Chitral, it is the dramatic settings for a remote but popular annual polo tournament. The area is really very peaceful.
