Ship Rock from the SE from somewhere on the dirt approach road (BIA-5010). Sorry about the slight tilt. I seemed to have a problem that day. July 2003.

This peak is slightly reminiscent of Picacho Peak, is it not? And scarey too.

Had to get a look at what Pichacho Peak looks like. 'Pichacho' is Spanish for peak, so the name is redundant.

Ship Rock is definitely scarier. By orders of magnitude.

Ah yes, I have driven past THAT Picacho a million times, I meant the Picacho Peak in CA. Alois and I climbed it 2 years ago, big pile of choss!
