| Cascade Scrambler | Great views ![]() Date Climbed: Sep 4, 2011 | |
| I found the TH to be 5.3 miles, not 5.5. Also, I don't believe a USFS pass is required at the TH. There is no signage, and the TH doesn't fit the requirements for a "pass required" TH. Fun little hike, the end was the best. Did this as a part of a "Silver-Abiel-Tinkham West-Tinkham East" circuit. | ||

| amhixon | great weather ![]() Date Climbed: Feb 5, 2012 | |
| Easy access via Annette Lake trail. Beautiful sunny day. Hard-packed snow. No snowshoes needed, but crampons and axes comforting at the top. Glissading down the west slope was too much fun. | ||

| Hiked up one winter. The trail was an icy bobsled run, we wore crampons. A party on skis abandoned them and continued on foot. | ||

| Arkitekt | Bugs! ![]() Date Climbed: Jul 28, 2010 | |
| Hiked up the south ridge nice quick hike but the bugs were out of control even at the summit. For a 2000 ft prominence peak the hike is nice and easy though. | ||

| Redwic | Peak Trifecta! (Sort Of) ![]() Date Climbed: Oct 24, 2009 | |
| With Silver Peak located so close to Abiel Peak and Tinkham Peak, it was decided to visit all three peaks. We were successful with reaching the Abiel and Silver summits, but had to turn around just short of the Tinkham summit due to icy conditions. The weather was very foggy and cloudy, but the route was easy to follow. Many paths leading in many directions between these peaks, but essentially they all intersect at one point or another. | ||

| gimpilator | Abiel, Silver, Tinkham ![]() Date Climbed: Oct 24, 2009 | |
| Did Abiel and Silver with two good friends. There was some new snow and ice here and there. I then got to within perhaps 20 feet of the summit of Tinkham before sheets of down-sloping ice turned me around. | ||

| One night I went up for a lunar eclipse. Also climbed it as a boy scout around 1989 making it one of the first mountains I ever climbed and the first memory I have of wanting to become a peakbagger! Also, as a 12 year old Boy Scout, camping at Lake Annette, I swore for years I may have saw 2 Sasquachs high on a avalanche chute above the lake. Years later as a climber, I learned where I saw these Bigfoots is where the climbers route crosses the avalanche chute. So much for Bigfoot. Pictures of several trips on my Silver Peak page: http://www.willhiteweb.com/snoqualmie_pass/silver_peak/pacific_crest_trail_210.htm | ||

| Justin Pucci | Silver Peak via South Spur Route ![]() Date Climbed: Aug 30, 2009 | |
| My wife and I were fortunate to be able to climb Silver Peak on a bluebird day with 360-degree views of the Cascades from the summit. We even had the summit to ourselves! After heading down to the 4900-foot meadow from the summit, we attempted to get over to Abiel Peak, but ended up bushwacking around trying to find our way onto the ridge and eventually gave up. We'll head back for that one and Tinkham next time! This was a nice and easy climb with views that were well worth the effort! | ||
