Skamania CoHP - SW Approach

Looking NNE at the goal just achieved... the Skamania County Highpoint. The "route" was simple enough for me determine, given the conditions. The amount of snowpack still covering the ground allowed me to continue a traverse more-or-less directly towards the west ridge of Mount Adams (seen in this photo), with only minimal travel over dirty/rocky terrain (and mainly at the ridgeline itself). This is part of the southwest approach for the Skamania County Highpoint, which is where the county line lies on the west ridgeline of Mount Adams. Photo taken on July 25, 2010.
