Nice page on a very interesting formation. Martin Cash recommended that I check this page out and wow, looking at the photos, I'd love to climb the Reg. Route. thanks for submitting.

Thanks for the 4 stars, rpc. Yes, you would LOVE the reg route! It reminded me a lot of Yosemite -- good clean granite.

Good page. I'm glad that there actually are some climbing areas left that are not over-bolted.

Nice page on Slick Rock. A few years back i was on the regular route late in the season and got caught behind a slow party. They got off just as it started snowing big time and we were 5 pitches up. I couldn't even make one move on the slick rock. I had to swing rappel on a nut sideways to the edge of the cliff band and luckily that nut held. I had no choice. We then slid down a bushy hill- back to the car by 11pm.

I like your pages- thanks

Slick Rock - caution

8/31/09 - Regular Route - starting to have quite a bit of moss and litchen - watch foot placements. We rapped the bolted Memorial Route (due to rain) and found only 1 anchor at four of the belay stations. Looked like they had been chopped. Lots of moss and litchen on this route also
