Slizza/Ziljica gorge

Near Tarvisio/Trbiž, just a bit NE of the town, the small river Slizza/Ziljica forms a short but picturesque gorge. A secured path through it was made already in the middle of the 19th century. Today, you can do a round hike in good one hour. In Boscoverde follow the marks for Giro di Slizza. Summer, 2009.
