Sloan Peak

As you ascend Mt. Pugh's meadow below Stujack Pass, the wicked dagger of Sloan Peak becomes visible from behind the mountain. This is my favorite mountain of all time due to the amazing scenery and the feeling of complete separation from the rest of the world. Mt. Pugh is a very underrated scramble, and it sees little foot traffic throughout the year.
