Southern Summit of Cutoff Mountain
The southern summit of Cutoff Mountain, just north of the Wyoming border in Montana, is 10,309 feet high. The true summit, on the northern border of Yellowstone NP, is 10,638. They both received a light snowfall in late September 2007. Photo taken from the Slough Creek region.
