Hmm, I wonder how far apart....on the same road we each took our shots? ;- )
Tom's version
my version
Obviously, great minds think alike.

Re: Hmm, I wonder how far apart....Indeed.
The three shots have different weather going on.
Did you know I--the quintessential loser peakbagger--bagged that knoll in the foreground? (No I didn't.)

Re: Hmm, I wonder how far apart....Ah, venturing on to private land now I see. Nice. ;- ) Better not put that one up on SP or someone will turn you in. (And if there is a reward involved, it might be me!)
We'll have to compare trivial knoll peakbagging conquests tomorrow. I could probably give you a run for your money on some of the bumps I've "summited".

Re: Hmm, I wonder how far apart....I was just about to post my version of this shot (thinking I'm being freaking original) when I saw your (as in yousall's) versions. Oh well.

Re: Hmm, I wonder how far apart....Go ahead and submit it. I've been looking for an excuse to give something zero stars.

Re: Hmm, I wonder how far apart....Yes, please post, Radek. We can all feel worthless knowing that Tom's photo was better than all of ours.

Re: Hmm, I wonder how far apart....I just noticed you're so stupid (heh heh) that you got the two links backward in your original post to this string.

Re: Hmm, I wonder how far apart....Yeah I noticed that too but I was too lazy to correct it. Now, I'm stupid AND lazy. If only I could prove myself useless somehow, then I could finally show every former girlfriend of mine they were right about me all along.

Using This Pic?Hey there! Trying—and failing—to send you a PM; I keep getting an error message. Anyhow, I was curious about possibly having your permission to use this photo for a research project of mine. Not sure if you can shoot me a PM, in which case maybe I'll be able to reply? Thanks either way!

Re: Using This Pic?Is this a for-profit research project? I don't usually give permission for commercial use.
It's not a very high resolution image. It's a scan of a print using a scanner--the state of the art technology of the late 90s!

Re: Using This Pic?Not a for-profit research project! Private/direct messages are working for me again; I just sent you one with more info.
