I am very happy! Climbing Island Peak was a wonderful experience.

I also become very happy when I see albums like yours! Your pictures are lovely and it is so great to see people at your age being so active!

Tack!

November is fine for climbing Island Peak. Clear sky and perfect weather to trek in - not too cold, not too warm...
Yes, maybe I was lucky, but for 2 whole months I had this kind of weather :)

This is Larry; I live in the western US. My ancestors came from central Europe. I notice that you have many GREAT pictures; and a beautiful SMILE. If you would be so kind, I would like to attach your picture to my 'Mountains of Smiles' album, here on Summitpost. Tack! Thank you, Christina!!!

Hi Larry!

Thank you for all your kind words! I'll be flattered to be on your "mountains of Smiles" album.

For me it's not possible to NOT smile while being up there. And do you know what, most of the time, it feels like the mountains smile right back to me! : )

Have a great week!

Final compliment - your command of the English language is quite amazing, yes? Is English currently taught in the secondary schools of Sweden? Just curious, I don't mean to be overbearing. I LOVE your pictures! - Larry

We start already at age 6 or 7 with English lessons. Also, most of the music we make and listen to are in English and a lot of movies we watch are in English and have Swedish subtitles. Swedish is a "small" language, we have to know at least one more to be able to have an exciting and interesting life!

My English could definitely be better though, since I have been an exchange student in the U.S. for a year. It is a long time ago though...

I am really glad to hear that you like my pictures - Thanks!
