This ridge was airy and the snow soft. The picture really doesn't capture the degree of exposure. I felt like I was climbing K2. The guy in the red jacket is my friend Dennis. I asked him to look back for the picture. I think his left hand is holding on to his ice axe. We placed a picket along the way, but I don't think it would have held us if we had fallen. Definitely one of my favorite climbs!
