It was taken with a telephoto back in 1986. Other than the peaks names I can't tell you much else I am afraid. Would not know where to look for my topos either. Sorry Cheers William

This is the West Face of Cholatse (the peak on the left). The South West Ridge is on the right side, the North West Ridge is on the Left side. The prominent ridge running down the center of the face is the West Rib. The faces to either side of this rib are unclimbed, but are raked by huge avalanches. There is just a bit of the North Face on the extreme left of the view.

Cheers for that. Most of the photos I've seen have been of the North Face which I'd love to have a crack at at some point.
