Hey Vernon ?

What is the peak in the center on the horizon?
Yes, the one shaped like a "perfect" pyramid,
with its right side in the shadows..

Is that Mount Gould?

Is that St. Nicholas to the far right???

Re: Hey Vernon ?

vernon did not post this...I am not sure what the pyramid shaped peak in the background is named...Gould is 180 degrees the opposite direction and st. Nicholas is in the Nyack are that is in the SW portion of the park...you are looking to the north towards Canada in this photo.

Re: Hey ...?

Not a problem Larry. Vernon would probably know the name of that peak. I will see if I can figure it out for you. Blake

Re: Hey ...?

Possibly Cathedral Peak, with Mount Merritt
off to the right?

Can you see Mount Cleveland in the picture?

Re: Hey ...?

No Cleveland is not in this photo. To the far right at Stony Indian Peaks which are next to Cleveland. Merrit is not in this photo either. This view is more along the Continental Divide towards Chapman Peak and the peaks surrounding Kintla and Bowman Lakes.

Re: Hey ...?

Thanks, Caleb!

You guys make the perfect team! Too bad we don't have that type of "comradery" down here
in Arizona, but guess I just have to make the
best of it and hope cooler (wiser?) heads will prevail.

Nice chatting with you fine people! 'Montana Rocks !!!'
