Fresh looking rock. Just realised the wall to your left looks v. fresh rock. Maybe something big peeled in recent years?

It's not the first I've seen on the site. Still, nice to think that you were attached to the secure bit!

Me. I'd be flaming scared, and rpc's view down the arrow is totally freaky. Fear is all in the mind - I'm working on it, and intending to get back to rock.

...those hanging belays...not what I'd call the highlight of bigwall climbing (but that's from my very limited experience mostly based on multiple failures :) Cheers Carolyn.

waaay too kind Carolyn...squeeked by is more like it in our case. Looking forward to next spring (hopefully we run into you guys on something big down there....& this time have a chance to grab a beer [wine works too] or two with you guys :)
