Yep, it's worth it, but make sure to visit it during the summer months. Most dwellings are closed to the public outside the summer season. I was there in April and most dwellings were closed unfortunately. Only the Cliff Palace was open, but that one is the best accessible of all the cliff dwellings and not really in a cliff (only access via ladder etc.).
