The extensive meadows south...
The extensive meadows south of Pollock Mountain form the headwaters of the Little Salmon River. At the far left of the photo, the drainage pinches off into a gorge thats full of waterfalls and rapids. The town of New Meadows is near the far right of the larger meadow. The open valley south of McCall is barely visible on the far horizon. July 2004.
