Mummy unwrapped  Sucess!

Didn't do the big toe, but did the head and guts(the high point). Awesome day with Blake and Rod.

Big Toe  Sucess!

GMS founder Dennis Twohig climbed this spire (referred to as the "Feet" on SP by FlatheadNative) many years ago and dubbed it the "Big Toe." GMS publications refer to it that way.
2008 - Climbed Big Toe with Ron from an approach straight off US 2. High class 4 above the Lewis Overthrust fault and near the summit.

Great fall Climb  Sucess!

Since the park service has closed GTTS Highway we had to find something else to climb. The Mummy is a great easy day climb near Marias Pass. Spectacular scenery is to be found along the Continental Divide.

June 13, 2011

Climbed with GNPgumpy and Rockin Rod...I only summitted the Head then waited for the other fellows who summitted the torso. While waiting I saw a griz in the valley below.
