Just read your trip report.....are you on crack??? My palms are getting sweaty just looking at the picture, never mind climbing the thing. Free-soloing it and then downclimbing.... I sincerely hope to attain your level of climbing someday...

Sometimes. But not that day.



You ice climbers are far crazier than rock free-soloists. Rock is usually a predictable medium. As long as you climb well within your limits and constantly assess rock quality, it's actually pretty safe!
