The view SSW from the summit....
The view SSW from the summit. My south route came up over the foreground ridge. Coyote Hill is the next hump back (the clearcut on its slopes is about where the summer start point is at 5,000 ft). On the horizon in the distance is locally-massive Calispell Peak (6855F, 3635P). The butte at upper right is Granite Peak (5238F, 998P). Yep, another "Granite Peak." Yawwwwn!
