This is Goat Citadel (8,000+ ft)--a rough volcanic remnant on the main Goat Rocks ridge about a 1/2-mile WNW of Gilbert. It is the 2nd-highest point in the Goat Rocks. Gilbert's summit can barely be seen peeking just to the right of center. Photo taken July 9, 1994.
